Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
What I like about this easy vinaigrette is its versatility. It pairs perfectly with a salad that contains citrus or a crisp apple to even the simplest savory garden salad around. You can make this ahead of time or on the spot. See at the very end for some salad recommendations.
Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
A quick and flavorful dressing you can make in minutes that everyone will love.
Equipment
- immersion blender or blender
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- ½ Tbsp. apple cider or white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. whole grain dijon mustard
- 2 2 Tbsp. honey
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- pinch of rubbed sage optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together into a ball jar and blend with an immersion blender if you have one for 30 seconds until it is smooth or place lid on top and shake for 1 minute.
